Arrive Early: Arriving ½ an hour before the ride is crucial to ensure sufficient time for completing your indemnity form, fitting your helmet, assigning horses, and meeting your guide.

IMPORTANT: Please note, if you arrive late for the check in time, you will not be permitted to ride, and your payment will be forfeited. No exceptions.

This ride is part of a scheduled group ride, so arriving early ensures that other guests are not affected by any delays.

Complete novice to experienced riders welcome

Minimum age requirement: 12 years.

Maximum weight restrictions: 95kgs.

Maximum number of guests per time slot: 7 riders.

Saddles: English saddles.

Horses: Mixed breeds, most mixed with South African Boerperd and cross breeds.

Rates include an experienced guide on the trail.

Clients will be required to sign an indemnity upon arrival.

No galloping, cantering, or trotting allowed. This is a walking tour. Clients are not allowed to overtake the guide at any stage.

This is an adventure activity; therefore, we have a strict no drinking policy prior to the tour. We reserve the right to prevent guests suspected of alcohol consumption from joining the tour.

If you have any medical conditions and are unsure, consult with your doctor before booking.

Moms to be: We apologise — this tour is not for you while you are pregnant.

Transfers to the stables available upon request - please enquire about the cost.

Riding hats are supplied and are compulsory, but if you have your own, please bring it along.

Refrain from wearing swimwear during this beach ride. It's best to wear long pants that are not too tight and closed shoes for your safety and comfort.

You may bring a cell phone for pictures, but ensure it is always safe as we are not responsible for loss or damage. DSLR cameras are not allowed. Our beach rides follow a set schedule, so there won't be opportunities to dismount for photos. You can take pictures while on horseback if you feel comfortable, but this is not a photoshoot opportunity. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

We do not accept liability for personal injuries, fatalities, property damage, or any other losses that may occur due to accidents, cancellations, delays, or circumstances beyond our control. Participants are urged to obtain insurance coverage to protect against these potential risks.

Cancellation charges are as follows: 30+ days: 20% non-refundable deposit of the total fare.

No-shows, late arrivals, or incomplete activities: 100% of the total fare.

Cancellation terms may vary during peak seasons.

If WE cancel the activity due to safety concerns (e.g., heavy rain, lightning, high winds, extreme heat), participants will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
