Please arrive early - late arrivals from your departure time disrupts our operations significantly and is an inconvenience to other clients.
No refunds or rescheduling of trips will be granted for no-shows or late arrivals.

Due to the nature of this trail no trotting, cantering or galloping will be allowed, this is a walking tour.
This is an adventure activity; therefore, we have a strict no drinking policy prior to the tour. We reserve the right to prevent guests suspected of alcohol consumption from joining the tour.

Riding hats are supplied and are compulsory, but if you have your own, please bring it along.
It's best to wear long pants that are not too tight and closed shoes for your safety and comfort.
Itinerary Adjustments: We reserve the right to modify any part of the itinerary due to weather conditions and logistical considerations.
We do not accept liability for personal injuries, fatalities, property damage, or any other losses that may occur due to accidents, cancellations, delays, or circumstances beyond our control. Participants are urged to obtain insurance coverage to protect against these potential risks.
Cancellation fees will be scaled as follows and are non-refundable:
30+ days prior to the scheduled activity: 20% of the total fare.
15 - 29 days prior to the activity: 60% of the total fare.
7 - 14 days prior to the activity: 80% of the total fare.
0 - 6 days prior to the activity: 100% of the total fare.
No-shows, late arrivals, or incomplete activities: 100% of the total fare.
No rescheduling of trips for no-shows or late arrivals.
Cancellation terms may vary during peak seasons.
If WE cancel the activity due to safety concerns (e.g., heavy rain, lightning, high winds, extreme heat), participants will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
A full refund may be granted, at management's discretion, upon proof of illness, hospitalisation, accident, or death.
