Enquiry/Booking and Payment Process

To ensure a prompt reservation, please provide all necessary information. Reservations should typically be made at least 24 hours in advance. However, if we receive all the necessary details and have availability, we will try to accommodate same-day bookings.

Here's how our booking and payment process works:

• Complete the enquiry form below.
• If we can accommodate your request, our booking office will send you an online payment link via email.
• For same-day bookings, payment must be made within one hour of receiving the link.
• Payment links for advance bookings (24 hours or more) will expire at the end of the business. day
• After your payment is processed, you will receive a booking confirmation email with directions.
• If we  cannot accommodate your original booking request, our booking office will provide alternative dates and/or time slots.
