Agent Information and Requirements
We welcome travel agents and tour operators to partner with us in offering unforgettable horse riding day trips and overnight equestrian adventures in and around Cape Town.
Commission / STO

We offer a 20% STO rate on all day trips and overnight excursions.

STO applies only once full rider details and confirmation are received.

Rates are subject to change; confirmed STO will be honoured for secured bookings.
Booking Requirements
To ensure client safety and correct horse pairing, the following information is required at time of booking:
- Full names of riders
- Heights & weights
- Riding experience level (novice / intermediate / advanced)
- Age of children (if applicable)
- Contact number & email for direct communication in case of emergencies, weather impacts, or operational changes
Note: This information is mandatory to determine suitability and horse allocation. Weight and age restrictions apply. Riders who do not meet the safety criteria will not be permitted to ride.
Client Communication
Your clients will be contacted directly by our team before the ride to:
- Notify them in case of weather cancellations or operational changes
Agents are responsible for ensuring clients understand that their contact details must be shared for logistics purposes.
Important Notes for Clients
Trips are private in terms of vehicle & driver; however, riding experiences may not be private unless specifically booked as such.
- Optional activities and entrances are at own cost unless specified.
- Prices and itineraries are subject to change based on availability, weather, and operational conditions.
- If an activity or location is unavailable, alternatives will be offered.
- Meals and beverages are not included unless stated.
Insurance & Liability
- Clients are responsible for obtaining their own travel & activity insurance.
- Insurance must cover horse riding and outdoor adventure activities.
- Clients are responsible for their own belongings and valuables.
- We accept no liability for loss or damage to personal property, injuries, illness, accidents, or death.
- Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather.
Safety & Conduct
- Safety briefing and riding rules must be followed at all times.
- Riders must declare any medical conditions at time of booking.
- We reserve the right to refuse participation if a rider poses a safety risk.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are valid only when received in writing from the participant.
Cancellation charges are as follows:
- 30+ days: 20% non-refundable deposit of the total fare.
- 15 – 29 days: 60% of the total fare.
- 7 – 14 days: 80% of the total fare.
- 0 – 6 days: 100% of the total fare.
- No-shows, late arrivals, or incomplete activities: 100% of the total fare.
- Cancellation terms may vary during peak seasons.
- If WE cancel due to unsafe weather (rain, lightning, high winds, extreme heat), guests may reschedule or receive a full refund.
Agent Responsibilities
- Ensure client info is accurate and complete
- Communicate weight, age & ability restrictions to clients
- Provide prompt payment unless credit terms approved
- Acknowledge and communicate our Terms & Conditions to clients
Payment Terms
- STO rate applied to prepaid bookings only
- Payment required prior to ride date unless otherwise agreed
Liability
- Agents act as intermediaries and accept responsibility for client communication and expectation management
Final Agreement
By partnering with us, agents agree to uphold our safety standards, booking requirements, and terms & conditions to ensure the highest level of service and client experience.
