Notes:
Private Tour means your tour, all ground services are provided by your very own personal driver and private vehicle. Outrides, tastings and site seeing establishments are not private.
All prices are indicative and are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, rate increases. Bookings are subject to availability.
Rates are calculated on South African citizen entrance fees, please enquire for International rates.
Day tours - Transfers are included in the rates, pickups and drop offs from all City Centre Hotels, Guesthouses etc.
Overnight tours - Transfers are NOT included in the rates; however, we can arrange transfer on request at an additional cost.
Lunch and dinners, where not included but we stop at restaurants for own account, and will try and accommodate dietary specifications, please inform us should there be any requirements.
Days, itineraries and activities are subject to alter due to weather conditions and logistics.
Every tour is different, please contact us for tour specific rider weight limit, minimum age requirement, rider ability and cancellation policy.
Should one of the activities be cancelled due to bad weather we refund the specific activity, no refunds on your overnight or transfers applicable on any of our tours.
All rates include a knowledgeable and experienced guide, no rides are permitted to go without a guide.
Insurance
You are personally responsible for arranging your own insurance and cost thereof. When arranging your insurance please ensure that there are no exclusion clauses limiting protection for this type of tour. Please note that you, your personal property, baggage and money, are at all times during the course of the tour your own responsibility. The company will not be held liable for any damage, injury, ill health or loss of life sustained during the course of the tour.
Rates quoted includes 20% comission.
